Сотрудники алтайской полиции разыскивают неизвестных, которые похитили путем обмана около 150 000 рублей у жителя Барнаула. Накануне на мобильный телефон 42-летнего горожанина поступил звонок от неизвестных. Звонившие представились сотрудниками одной из крупных финансовых компаний, предлагающей услуги по торговле на финансовых рынках. Аферисты предложили не выходя их дома заработать денежные средства торговлей на бирже. Предложение было заманчивым и барнаулец согласился.
Под руководством неизвестных горожанин перевел более 60 000 рублей на свой аккаунт в социальной сети, установил на компьютер специальную программу для проведения торговых операций, а также ввел персональные данные своей кредитной карты. Спустя какое-то время ему вновь перезвонили и сообщили о крупном денежном выигрыше. Для его получения необходимо было дополнительно перевести еще более 50 000 рублей. Что и было сделано жителем краевой столицы. В итоге мошенники завладели более 140 000 рублей.
После получения денег, аферисты прекратили выходить на связь. Мужчина, осознав что стал жертвой мошенничества, обратился за помощью к сотрудникам полиции.
Как сообщает пресс-служба ГУ МВД РФ по Алтайскому краю, по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 159 УК РФ (Мошенничество, совершенное группой лиц по предварительному сговору, а равно с причинением значительного ущерба гражданину). Санкция статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до пяти лет лишения свободы.
Выманивание мошенниками денежных средств под видом проведения финансовых операций на финансовых рынках далеко не редкость. Несколькими днями ранее аналогичное преступление было совершено в Республике Коми.
В дежурную часть ОМВД по городу Ухте обратилась пенсионерка 1944 года рождения. Заявительница рассказала полицейским, что подверглась мошенническим действиям со стороны неизвестных ей людей.
Не так давно ухтинке позвонила девушка, представившаяся сотрудницей банка, и предложила пожилой женщине поучаствовать в торговле бинарными опционами. Пенсионерка от данного предложения отказалась, так как ничего не слышала о подобной деятельности.
